Join Sarah Douglas, a qualified Sound Healing Practitioner, to experience a relaxing and restorative Sound Bath in the beautiful surroundings of the National Gallery.

Immerse yourself in the sound of percussive and melodic instruments and let the resonance of the sounds relieve daily stress and tension and bring new, fresh energy to your life. Please remember to bring your own mat and blanket, and to ensure you are well hydrated after the session. The session will begin with a short mindful walk in silence through some of the Gallery rooms, followed by a gentle guided Sound Meditation to bring everyone into themselves and connect with the Gallery space.
